No. You need to enjoy organizing and understand how businesses work. The program teaches the system.
Do I need to know TreyOS?
No. Learning TreyOS is the foundation of the program.
Is it online or in person?
The format will be announced to the waitlist first. The plan includes online learning and in-person sessions in Atlanta and TreyOS City Tour cities.
In which languages?
English, Português and Español.
Is there an age requirement?
No. Experienced professionals bring business judgment, and younger professionals bring technology. The network needs both.
Am I an employee?

My story
From São Paulo to Atlanta.
I was born in São Paulo. Twenty years ago, my wife Anita and I left Brazil with a suitcase full of dreams. Building a life in Atlanta taught me how much effort it takes to grow a business while caring for family and community.
I've lived the pressure, too.
Sales targets, national and international events, too many tasks for one day. For more than 35 years I carried what you carry today. Organization is how I stayed in control.
A calling that never left me.
For over 30 years I dreamed of becoming a certified professional organizer. Being organized has always been part of my life. Today I know it is my Ikigai: where what I love, what I do well and how I can help others meet. It is time to do it.

AI Produces Information Faster Than You Can Organize It
For years, business owners had a problem with too little information. Today we have the opposite problem. Messages on WhatsApp. Documents in email. Tasks in different apps. Files in Google Drive. Ideas in notebooks. And now, conversations with ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude.
You ask one AI about marketing, another to review a contract, and a third to write a proposal. A week later, you don't remember where the best answer is.
The problem of the new era is not finding answers. It is remembering where they are, knowing which version is right, and turning them into action.
That is why I say: the AIs do the work, but you need one place that remembers. Every important decision, idea and lesson should go to a central home, organized so you can find it again.

The Rule of 3
Nothing Gets Lost When Everything Has an Address
Your house has an address. Your office has an address. So why do your ideas, decisions and plans live everywhere and nowhere?
When something looks too complex, divide it into three. That is the Rule of 3. Your life has three pillars: Health, Work and People. Each pillar has three areas. Health is body, mind and spirit. Each area has three topics.
Very quickly, every piece of information has a clear place to live. A new idea for pricing goes to Work, then Finance, then Pricing. A special moment with your kids goes to People, then Family.
Your business works the same way. Separate what you know, what you are building and what must keep running: Notes, Projects and Programs.
You don't need to remember everything. You need a system where nothing important can get lost.

A Project Without an End Is Just a Worry
Ask a business owner how many projects they have, and the answer is usually a sigh. The new website. The second location. The hiring plan. The idea from last year that never left the notebook.
Most of them are not projects. They are worries with a name. A project has an objective, a strategy, a team, tasks, and a date when it ends. Without an end, it never gets done, and it never leaves your head.
